The SC9651 is a highly integrated 5W wireless power receiver SOC solution that contains both digital microcontroller and analog front end (AFE). The microcontroller includes a high performance 32-bit digital core, rich memory and peripherals. The AFE includes a high-efficiency synchronous rectifier (SR), current sense amplifier, ASK communication modulator, FSK demodulator and protection circuit. The SC9651 supports Baseline Power Profile (BPP) defined in WPC V1.2.4. The SC9651 supports flexibility FOD parameter design to suit for different receiver coil. The ASK modulator and FSK demodulator provides Bidirectional communication between RX and TX. Besides, the SC9651 also supports input under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-voltage protection (OVP), over-current protection (OCP) and over-temperature protection (OTP). These protections further enhance the reliability of the total wireless power receiver system. The SC9651 is available in a compact 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
